Smoothie Recipe
This morning I decided to use up all the fruit and veg that were in the fridge before we go shopping. It tasted really lovely so I thought i'd share it with you. Here's the recipe.
4 Apples
2 Pears
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Stick of Celery
1 Banana
1 Avocado
Juice the apples, pears, peppers and celery, then add to a blender with the banana and avocado. Blend until smooth. You can add some water if it's a little thick for you.
Remember - the fun of juicing is experimenting with a variety of ingredients. Happy juicing!
