Enjoying family time and exciting news

This week we've been enjoying the sunshine and getting outdoors as much as possible.  We've had walks in the woods with friends, trips to the park, rides on the bikes and scooters and time in the garden.

Luke enjoyed playing with the rabbits in the garden.

I also made another batch of raw chocolate for us to enjoy.

I've also made an exciting decision this week.  As you may know, i'm extremely passionate about juicing and very inspired by Jason Vale, the Juicemaster, after readings his books and following his juice detoxes.  I've always wanted to do his juice therapy course and become a juice therapist, but lack of confidence and self doubt always made me think "maybe another time".  Well i've decided that now is that time and on 30th August i'll be travelling to his juice academy for 4 days to do the training with Jason himself.  This is a dream come true for me, and I can't wait.  It will also involve facing one of my biggest fears which is speaking in front of people as I have to prepare a presentation, but surprisingly i'm quite excited about this too.

It will be the first time i've been away from my boys for this long, but it will be such a rewarding experience I hope it will benefit all of us, so it will be worth it - though I can't promise I won't cry when I say goodbye.
