A Rainy Adventure

Today was my birthday so we decided to visit the nature reserve again for a longer walk. We arrived, two minutes later it started pouring with rain, then hail. So armed with two very large umbrellas, we set off for a three hour walk. Here's the highlights of the day..

The boys having a lovely time

We had a lovely time, and, if anything, the rain made it even more fun.  The perfect way to spend my birthday!

  1. Happy Birthday! What a lovely way to spend the day. I am so glad to find your blog as my family has just started on our raw food journey. Your story is very inspiring, I would love to read a post about the raw foods you eat, the cooked or non raw foods you eat, what you avoid completely and what would make up a typical days meals and snacks for your family. Thank you for sharing so much inspiration already x

  2. Thank you so much Gina, that's lovely. Would you believe i've actually been following your blog for about a year, after finding it through the GP forum. It's very inspiring. I've been busy making plans about what to put on here, as there's so many things I want to share. I'll make a start on a typical menu plan and post that this week along with some other ideas. I'm also thinking of adding a recipe section with my favourite raw food and juice/smoothie recipes. Thanks again! xx
