Detoxing and making plans
It's the first day of my 14 day detox today and i'm very excited. I've just had my first juice and i'm feeling very positive about the weeks ahead. The next 2 weeks aren't only about juicing though, I plan to make other changes in my life.
Here's my plan:
* Follow the juice detox
* Get up at 6:30 and do half an hour of yoga every morning.
* 20 minutes on my rebounder every day.
* Meditate every day.
* Spend lots of time in the garden.
* Give myself an aromatherapy facial.
* Declutter the house.
* Spend my birthday (22nd April) having a long walk in the countryside.
* Attend my reiki level 1 course on the 28th.
* Sort through finances, and make a new budget.
* Learn to sew better - having some lessons on 23rd.
* Spend more time doing art.
Some of these things I do already, such as yoga, but I want to make sure I do them everyday. I also intend to lose about half a stone, then i'll be about 8 stones which at 4ft 10 is about right.
I'll keep updating with my progress, but right now i'm off to wash my juicer.
