Crystal Love

I've been working extremely hard on my crystal healing course over the last few weeks, learning so much and gaining so much inspiration.  I've really loved the course, and I just have my case studies to do now before i'm a certified crystal healer. I've learnt more than I ever imagined I would, not only about the crystals themselves, but also about geology, sensing energy, chakras, colours, healing animals and so much more. I was very happy this morning when a delivery arrived with lots of lovely, new crystals and a new crystal book. I'm very excited now to do some case studies on my friends and family, make some gem elixirs and try out some crystal grids. I've been using crystals for a few years, and always felt the energies quite easily, but now I really feel that special connection.  They have helped me so much over the years, and they certainly go very nicely when combined with reiki.  Double healing! Healing

I haven't been very well for a few weeks now.  It started with a cold, then a really bad cough and now i'm feeling very tired and run down.  However, with lots of natural remedies i'm gradually feeling better every day.  I wanted to share with you some of the natural ways and remedies i've used over the last week to help myself heal. Sleep and rest - i've needed a lot more sleep than usual for the last few weeks, and i've rested during the day when I felt really exhausted. Water and coconut water - i've needed plenty of fluids and these are my favourite hydrating drinks. Herbal tea with manuka honey - lots of ginger, peppermint and rosehip teas. Elderflower cordial - homemade. Flower Remedies - I use olive flower remedy when i'm feeling really drained. Crystals - I love my crystals and my rose quartz have been very healing this week. A Typical Day On A Raw Food Diet

As I finished my detox yesterday, I thought I would share with you what I would eat on a typical day.  I will be making a recipes section where I will put all these recipes and more of my favourites. Breakfasts * Juice/smoothie - this is how I start every day. * Raw muesli - made with raw almond milk. * Fruit salad - different varieties. Lunches * Salads - plenty of variety with added nuts, seeds and sundried tomatoes. * Raw soup - again lots of different recipes.  I'll heat them very slowly in winter, if I want something warm. Dinners * Raw pasta - made with courgette and carrot * Salad wraps - using large leafed lettuce or nori as a wrap. * Raw burgers - made with nuts, vegetables and herbs.
