Beauty In The Lakes & Eating Raw In London
It's been a while since I posted an update as life has been so busy with lots of exciting things happening.
At the end of September we spent 3 days in the Lake District for our friends wedding. It was a beautiful place and we had a really lovely time.
We stayed in a gorgeous little house which was part of a B&B in a little village near Ullswater.
On the first morning, the boys went outside to explore and found a deer in the field next to us. They spent ages watching it, whilst Luke also made friends with the B&B owners cat. Dylan managed to get a few photos which look amazing. He was so happy.
The wedding was beautiful and the boys looked very handsome. We had a lovely time, ate lovely food, took a book ride around the Ullswater and met some lovely people. The evening ended with a lot of dancing which Luke particularly enjoyed.
And of course, as I was surrounded by beautiful flowers, trees and lakes, I had to sneak off for a bit of time with my camera.
On the way home we stopped at a waterfall which we visited years ago when the boys were really young. It was really nice to go back and see it now the boys are older.
A week after our trip to the Lakes, I went to London with a friend to attend a seminar and do some sightseeing.
The seminar was a tribute to Wayne Dyer who passed away a month earlier. I've been a fan of Wayne's work since I watched his film The Shift. The seminar was really moving and inspiring and I was so happy I could be there to be part of it. A lovely tribute to an amazing man.
The next few days were spent wandering around Notting Hill, Harrods, Covent Garden, Camden Town and Kensington, taking a crazy amount of photos and eating at some of my favourite raw food restaurants - the Wild Food Cafe, Inspiral and Tanyas.
It was lovely to be back exploring one of my favourite cities in the world, and the delicious food made it even more amazing. I'll have to start planning my next trip very soon!!
In other news, after working so hard to get them ready, I finally launched my Ecourse on the new moon. I'm now working on some ebooks to add to it, but i'm so proud of what i've created so far.
It's been an exciting few months and no doubt it will carry on as we approach the holiday season, but i'm feeling extremely inspired at the moment and i'm loving working on new projects to offer you all soon. <3
