Creating My Raw Food Kitchen
Yesterday, I received a parcel with my new dehydrator and spiralizer, as well as soon other raw kitchen supplies. I've been wanting a dehydrator for well over a year, and finally decided that now is the right time. I was very excited to say the least.
I went for a Stockli, which i've heard is really good, so i'm looking forwards to lots of creative time in the kitchen over the next few weeks.
Today, Luke and I tried out the spiralizer, which was a bit more complicated than we expected, but we did get the hang of it eventually. We made carrot and courgette spaghetti, and had that with salad, apple, cashew nuts and olives.
Tomorrow i'm hoping to make some raw crackers or kale chips I'm looking forwards to experimenting and coming up with some new recipes.
I've also been enjoying lots of juices, and this one was delicious - Orange, Carrot and Ginger. It's lovely first thing on a morning as it helps you to feel really energized for the day ahead.
So i'm hoping to have lots of new recipes to share with you, as I take this next step in my raw food journey.
lovely and inspiring :) I don'[t seem to be able to maintain a raw diet 7 days of the week, I always have a blip day it seems, but enjoying the lions share of raw and the benefits it has started bringing x x x
