Yoga, Stillness & Raw Crackers
Yesterday morning I woke at 5a.m ready for a shower and a yoga session. Afterwards, at around 6a.m, I took my yoga mat outside for some meditation and journaling. It was a perfect summer morning, the sun was just rising, the birds were happily singing away and there was a lovely feeling of stillness. Everything felt right in that moment. I wrote in my journal, and took many cleansing deep breaths, breathing in the lovely, fresh morning air. I felt so calm and peaceful. This is one of the many reasons i'm so passionate about meditation. It has the power to make you feel completely at peace and to simply enjoy the moment. No worries, no stress, just complete relaxation. Luke woke at about 7a.m and came and sat on my yoga mat with me.
