Raw Breakfasts
When I first started juicing and then eating mostly raw, I found that changing what I had for breakfast was one of the easiest steps to becoming healthier and following this king of lifestyle. Starting your day this way gives you so much energy and makes you feel so alive. It gives you the momentum to keep going and eat healthier for the whole day and eventually it becomes your way of life. So I wanted to share two ideas for a healthy start to the day - green juices/smoothies and raw muesli. Green Smoothie This is usually my first choice of breakfast every morning. I try to vary the fruits and vegetables I put in each day and I love to experiment.
