A Juicy Breakfast


This was our lovely, nutritious breakfast this morning.  

Ingredients
4 Apples
Handful of Kale
Small Piece of Ginger (about an inch)
1 Piece of Broccoli
Half a Small Pineapple
1 Banana
Tsp Spirulina
Tsp Maca
Tsp Wheatgrass

Juice the apples, kale, ginger, broccoli and pineapple.  Add to blender with the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
